Landon Butaud

I grew up hearing my dad (Chris) take phone calls from clients and talk about “escrow” and go to signings, but the thought of working in the mortgage industry was never even on my radar. However, I came on for some part-time marketing work during my last year of college, and I caught the homeownership bug myself, both of which gave me a passion to make a career helping people achieve their homeownership goals and get the most out of their mortgages. In the mortgage process, I aim to creatively find the best solutions and provide honest communication for my clients.

I live in Monroe, WA with my lovely wife Holly, and we love being a little out of the city. Outside of work, I love spending time with my wife (and other family); visiting new coffee shops; coaching, playing, and watching soccer; writing; and reading.
